Now it is easier than ever to log in to Helsenorge. Use your personal code, facial recognition or fingerprint. This will give you access to new messages and events, as well as a range of public services that help you manage your own health.

An increasing number of people are using Helsenorge, whether they are undergoing treatment for an illness, are relatives of someone in treatment, or are focused on preventive measures to stay healthy. By accepting our terms of use, you gain access to a variety of self-service solutions. You can contact various healthcare professionals and view health information registered about yourself, your children, and others you represent by proxy.

Many people have services from their general practitioner available on Helsenorge, such as appointment booking, e-consultation, and prescription renewal. If you have been or are going to be admitted to certain hospitals in Norway, you can view appointments, referrals, and gain insight into your medical records. You can apply for reimbursement of patient travel expenses, check exemption cards and deductible amounts, and view a summary of your COVID-19 test results, prescriptions, medications, and vaccines administered. On Helsenorge, you can also see what your core medical record contains. You will also find several useful courses and tools that can help you manage your health and life situation.
